Master Bedroom (Ground Floor) – King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, and its own en-suite which also functions as a convenient downstairs toilet (access from hallway too).

Twin Bedrooms – Three further bedrooms upstairs, all with twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Two rooms include TVs. Ideal for families or small groups.

We provide clean bed linen, towels, and a non-slip shower mat. Extras such as travel cot, high-chair, and stair gates are available for families. Please note baby-suitable linens blankets are not provided.

The family bathroom (located upstairs) offers a roomy bath with overhead electric shower, wash basin with spacious countertop, heated towel rail, and large wall mirror. All toiletries are easily accommodated, and shower safety is addressed with anti-slip matting.

Step outside into a generous, private garden with lawn, shrubs, and multiple seating areas (deck chairs, Adirondack chairs, picnic table) — perfect for morning coffee or alfresco dinners. Enjoy sweeping views over the village and church, and make use of the BBQ in the garden shed. For those traveling by car, there is gated, off-street parking for up to two vehicles, a rare luxury in this part of Devon.
